What is included with my subscription?
Depending on your membership, you’ll get access to everything listed in that tier. As far as the video content and courses, you have complete access to them as long as you’re a subscribed member. If you ever decide to cancel — and I hope you don’t 🙂 – you will not have access anymore unless you sign up later.
Any downloaded content you accessed while being subscribed is yours to keep.
Are my payments secure?
Absolutely, your security is a top priority for us. When you sign up or browse our site, you’re on a fully encrypted platform using 128-bit SSL. This means that any info you share is locked up tight.
Now, regarding payments, your details are never stored on our servers. If you use a credit card, we don’t hang on to your card number or that secret security code (CVV). Instead, we use the processor’s secure payment “token” to handle the transaction. And if you prefer PayPal, they handle the whole payment process themselves. Same thing if you pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay. So, you’re in safe hands.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you’re thinking about calling it quits, no prob. Just hop over to your account page, and you’ll see an option to cancel your membership renewal. Follow the steps on the Settings page, and you’re all set – your membership won’t renew. Quick heads-up, though: we don’t do refunds for any time left in your current membership period. Also, if you decide to rejoin later, you will be subject to whatever that current rate is listed at. Keep that in mind.
